By registering for our quriosity clubs, corporate offsites, or interacting with our digital platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to the "QT" mascot, logos, text, graphics, interactive trivia, and course materials, are the intellectual property of Curiosita Educational Services. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

3. User Conduct

Users must use the platform responsibly. Any behavior that compromises the safety, learning environment, or technical infrastructure of QShala may result in immediate termination of services.

4. Payment and Refunds

Fees for workshops, subscriptions, or physical products are outlined on the respective service pages. Refunds will be processed according to our standard cancellation policy, which requires at least 48 hours notice prior to the start of a session.
